RESOLUTION 15 -047
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON -SALE LIQUOR LICENSE FOR FSA INC.
LOCATED AT 3701 STINSON BLVD.
WHEREAS, the applicant FSA Inc. filed an application for an On -Sale Liquor License for
3701 Stinson Blvd on April 6`h, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted the amended City Ordinance of Chapter 112.15 to
allow 4 On -Sale Liquor Licenses within the City on July 14`h, 2015; and
WHEREAS, the applicant FSA Inc. filed a Land Use application for a Conditional Use
Permit for 3701 Stinson Blvd on April 10`h, 2015; and
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of the Planning Commission from the Public Hearing
held on June 22, 2015 the City Council approved the Conditional Use Permit
on July 10, 2015; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Saint
Anthony Village hereby approves an On -Sale Liquor License for FSA Inc. located at 3701
Stinson Blvd.
