RESOLUTION 15 -063
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ACCESS AND UTILITY EASEMENT FOR
T- MOBILE AT ST. ANTHONY MIDDLE SCHOOL
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village is the owner of the parcel described as: 10.00 feet
in width, over, under and across the West 20 acres of the Southwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 29, Range 23, Hennepin County,
Minnesota. Located at St. Anthony Middle School.
WHEREAS, T- Mobile requests entry upon and access to the Property for the placement of
certain utilities in connection with the operation of T- Mobile's antenna facilities
on adjacent property, together with all necessary or convenient appurtenances;
and
WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Village grants T- Mobile access and agrees to the Access
and Utility Easement presented.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony Village City Council approves
the Access and Utility Easement for T- Mobile at St. Anthony Middle School.
