CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 7:53 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Jenson, and Stille.
Commissioners absent: Commissioner Roth.
Also present: Executive Director Mark Casey.
I. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 11, 2012 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the December
11, 2012 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
11. CONSENT AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the Consent
Agenda, which consisted of:
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of November 13. 2012: and
B. Claims.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS.

IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
