HRA REGULAR MEETING MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 9:17 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Jenson, Stille, and Roth.
Commissioners absent: None.
Also Present: Interim Executive Director Jay Hartman.
1. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 22, 2011, HRA MEETING AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the November
22, 2011, Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
11. CONSENT AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Roth, to approve the Consent
Agenda, which consisted of-.
A. H.R.A. Meetinp, Minutes of October 25, 2011; and
B. Claims.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS.
None.
IV. GENERAL POLICY OF BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
None.
