CALL TO ORDER.
Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 8:55 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Jenson, Stille, and Roth.
Commissioners absent: None.
Also Present: Interim Executive Director Jay Hartman.
I. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 25, 2011 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Gray, seconded by Commissioner Jenson, to approve the October 25,
2011 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
I1. CONSENT AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Jenson, seconded by Commissioner Roth, to approve the Consent
Agenda, which consisted of:
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of September 27, 2011; and
B. Claims.
HL PUBLIC HEARINGS.
None.
IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
None.
V. STAFF REPORTS.
None.

None.
