5 CALL TO ORDER.
6 Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 7:46 p.m.

8 ROLL CALL.
9 Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Stille, and Thuesen.
10 Commissioners absent: Councilmembers Horst and Gray.
I l Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison and City Attorney Jerome

15 1. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 13, 2005 H.R.A. AGENDA.
16 Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the September
17 13, 2005 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.

19 Motion carried unanimously.

21 H. CONSENT AGENDA.
22 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to approve the Consent
23 Agenda, which consisted of:
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of August 23. 2005: and
B. Claims.

29 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS.

32 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
33 A. H.R.A. Resolution 05-010, re: Relating to Assignment, Assumption, Easement, Park
34 Management and Maintenance Agreements.
35 Executive Director Michael Morrison noted a change should be made in the last Whereas, as it
36 was in the Council meeting. The words "This park should heretofore be known as Salo Park" to
37 the last Whereas.

39 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to adopt H.R.A.
40 Resolution 05-070, re: Resolution Relating to Assignment, Assumption, Easement, Park
41 Management and Maintenance Agreement including in the last Whereas "This park should
42 heretofore be known as Salo Park."
