5 CALL TO ORDER.
6 Chair Faust called the meeting to order at 8:38 p.m.

8 ROLL CALL.
9 Commissioners present: Chair Faust; Commissioners Gray, Horst, Stille, and Thuesen.
1.0 Commissioners absent: None.
11 Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison.

14 1. APPROVAL OF JULY 26, 2005 H.R.A. AGENDA.
15 Motion by Commissioner Thuesen, seconded by Commissioner Gray, to approve the July 26,
16 2005 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.

18 Motion carried unanimously.

20 11. CONSENT AGENDA.
21 Motion by Commissioner Stille, seconded by Commissioner Horst, to approve the Consent
22 Agenda, which consisted of:
23 A. , H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of June 28, 2005; and
0 B. Claims.

28 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS.

31 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.

34 V. STAFF REPORTS.
35 Executive Director Morrison stated we are still working with the owner of Autumn Woods, who
36 purchased the property off Kinsey Terrace for redevelopment. There will be a concept plan
37 submitted in August and it will contain several planning and zoning issues.

39 He noted that one of the things that occurred this past session is that there was one change in a
40 TIF law that affects one of our districts. If there is a fund balance in an existing district at the end
41 of 2005, there will be a time limit of nine months to spend it. This will be discussed with Ehlers.

43 VI. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS.
44 Chair Faust noted if anyone is interested in serving Ramsey County library representative, they
45 4/ VII. should contact Mr. Momson within the next week.
