6 Chair Pro -tem Thuesen called the meeting to order at 9:27 p.m.

14 1. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 14, 2004 H.R.A. AGENDA.
15 Motion by Commissioner Horst, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to approve the December 14,
16 2004 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.

21 Motion by Commissioner Faust, seconded by Commissioner Stille, to approve the Consent

34 Mr. Momson thanked Chair Pro -tem Thuesen for his efforts on behalf of the City and said he
35 was impressed with how he handled public speeches and publicity in the mayoral capacity.
