7 CALL TO ORDER.
8 Chair Hodson called the meeting to order at 8:28 p.m.

10 ROLL CALL.
11 Commissioners present: Chair Hodson; Commissioners Horst, Stille, Thuesen, and Faust.
12 Commissioners absent: None.
13 Also present: Executive Director Michael Momson.

16 I. APPROVAL OF MARCH 23, 2004, H.R.A. AGENDA.
17 Motion by Commissioner Horst, seconded by Commissioner Faust, to approve the March 23,
18 2004, Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.

20 Motion carried unanimously.

22 11. CONSENT AGENDA.
23 Motion by Commissioner Faust, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the Consent
40 Agenda, which consisted of:
26 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of March 9.2004; and
27 B. Claims.

29 Motion carried unanimously.

31 III. PUBLIC HEARINGS.

34 IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.

37 V. STAFF REPORTS.
38 Executive Director Momson gave the following update on Silver Lake Village: Robert Muir
39 Companies would be pulling building permits for four commercial buildings, as well as starting
40 the renovation of the Cub Food store. He indicated things were moving very fast and, so far,
41 everything had fallen into place nicely.

43 Mr. Mornson stated the Autumn Woods project also planned to pull a building permit sometime
44 in April, which would keep that project moving forward. He noted there would be many
construction projects taking place in the City within the next 90 days.

1 VI. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS.
2 Commissioner Faust asked if the public had been notified that the City ordinances were listed on
3 the City's website. He added the City Codes were also included.

5 Chair Hodson stated he wanted to commend those who had been "keeping on top of the
6 website. He noted past Council meetings could be seen with "streaming video."

12 Chair Hodson adjourned the meeting at 8:31 p.m.
