HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING
DECEMBER 8, 2003
CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hodson called the meeting to order at 9:25 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Commissioners present: Chair Hodson; Commissioners Sparks, Thuesen, Horst, and Faust.
Commissioners absent: None.
Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison.
I. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 8, 2003, H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Faust, seconded by Commissioner Thuesen, to approve the December
8, 2003, Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda as presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
IL CONSENT AGENDA.
Motion by Commissioner Sparks, seconded by Commissioner Faust, to approve the Consent
Agenda, which consisted of:
A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of November 25. 2003: and
B. Claims.
Ayes — 3, Nays — 0. Abstains — 2 (Horst. Thuesen). Motion carried.
III. PUBLIC HEARINGS.
None.
IV. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
None.
