HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINU'T'ES
NOVEMBER 26, 2002
CALL TO ORDER
Chair Hodson called the meeting to order at 7:34 p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Present: Chair Hodson; Commissioners Horst, Sparks, Thuesen, and Faust.
Absent: None.
Also Present: Executive Director Mike Mornson.
L APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 26, 2002 H.R.A. AGENDA.
Motion by Sparks to approve the Housing and Redevelopment Authority Agenda of November
26, 2002.
Motion carried unanimously.
H. CONSENT AGENDA.
Motion by Sparks to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of:
A. Approve October 22, 2002 H.R.A. Minutes.
B. Claims.
Motion carried unanimously.
III. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
None.
IV. STAFF REPORTS.
Executive Director Momson reported the City has received up to 50 inquiries regarding the
Metropolitan Housing Loan Program.
Chair Hodson noted this program is also advertised on cable television and in the newspaper,
which provides an excellent opportunity to look at the services and financing they provide.
V. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS.
None.
VI. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS.
None.
VII. ADJOURNMENT.
Motion by Faust to adjourn the meeting at 7:36 p.m.
