2 HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES

4 I. CALL TO ORDER.
5 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Cavanaugh at 9:12 p.m.
6 II. ROLL CALL.
7 Commissioners present: Chairman Cavanaugh, Commissioners Sparks, Thuesen, and
8 Hodson.
9 Commissioners absent: Councilmember Horst.
10 Also present: Executive Director Michael Mornson; and City Attorney Jerome
I 1 Gilligan.
12 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 24, 2001 H.R.A AGENDA.
13 Motion by Commissioner Sparks to approve the April 24, 2001 Housing Redevelopment
14 Authority Agenda as presented.
15 Motion carried unanimously.
• 16 IV. CONSENT AGENDA.
17 Motion by Commissioner Sparks to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of:
18 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of March 27.2001; and
19 B. Claims.
20 Motion carried unanimously.
21 V. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
22 None.
23 VI. STAFF REPORTS.
24City Manager Mike Momson stated he had informed the owners of the shopping center that the
25 Council would like to start the process of returning the easement for the green space in return for
26 the funding that they provided for the easement.
27 VII. H.R.A. COMMISSIONER COMMENTS.

29 VIII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS.
