5 The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Cavanaugh at 10:44 p.m.

12 Motion by Commissioner Sparks to approve the July 24, 2001 H.R.A. Agenda.
13 Motion carried unanimously.

15 Motion by Commissioner Sparks to approve the consent agenda which consisted of:
