4 I. CALL TO ORDER.
5 Chair Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 9:29 p.m.
6 11. ROLL CALL.
7 Commissioners present: Chair Cavanaugh, Commissioners Sparks, Horst, and Hodson.
8 Commissioners absentCommissioner Thuesen.
9 Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison.
10 111. APPROVAL OF SEPTEMBER 25, 2001 H.R.A. AGENDA.
11 Motion by Commissioner Horst to approve the September 25, 2001 Housing and Redevelopment
12 Authority Agenda as presented.
13 Motion carried unanimously.
14 IV. CONSENT AGENDA.
• 15 Motion by Commissioner Hodson to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of:
16 A. H.R.A. Meeting Minutes of Aupust 28, 2001, and
17 B. Claims.
18 Motion carried unanimously.

26 VIII. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS.
27 Executive Director Momson indicated that the Parks Commission was meeting on October 10, 2001 to
28 discuss a skating rink. He added that the Parks Commission have indicated that they would hold off on
29 skating until they had a building, likely in another year.
30 IX. ADJOURNMENT.
31 Motion by Commissioner Sparks to adjourn the meeting at 9:41 p.m.
