4 1. CALL TO ORDER.
5 Chair Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 8:08 p.m.
6 II. ROLL CALL.
7 Commissioners present: Vice Chair Horst; Commissioners Sparks, Thuesen, and Hodson.
8 Commissioners absent: None.
9 Also present: Executive Director Michael Momson and City Attorney Jerome
10 Gilligan.
11 111. APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 23, 2001 H.R.A. AGENDA.
12 Motion by Commissioner Sparks to approve the October 23, 2001 Housing and Redevelopment
13 Authority Agenda as presented.
14 Motion carried unanimously.
15 IV. CONSENT AGENDA.
16 Motion by Commissioner Hodson to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of.

27 Vice Chair Horst stated that there would need to be discussion on the structure of the H.R.A., as
28 the officers and memberships have changed due to Dennis Cavanaugh's resignation as Mayor.

30 Motion by Commissioner Hodson to adjourn the meeting at 8:10 p.m.
