4 I. CALL TO ORDER.
5 Mayor Cavanaugh called the meeting to order at 8:47 p.m.

7 Commissioners present: Mayor Cavanaugh; Councilmembers Sparks, Thuesen, Horst and

9 Commissioners absent: None.
10 Also present: Executive Director Michael Morrison.
1 I 111. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 11, 2000 H.R.A. MEETING AGENDA.
12 Motion by Sparks to approve the December 11, 2000 City Council Regular Meeting Agenda,
13 with the addition as follows:
14 V. B. Discussion Regarding a Public Hearing on the Purchase of Custom Liquidators.
15 Motion carried unanimously.
IV. CONSENT AGENDA.
7 Motion by Hodson to approve the Consent Agenda, which consisted of:
18 1. H.R.A. Minutes of November 28, 2000.
19 Motion carried unanimously.
20 V. GENERAL POLICY BUSINESS OF THE H.R.A.
21 A. H.R.A. Resolution 00-015 re: Authorize Decertification of Parcels from Apache TIF
22 District.
23 Motion by Sparks to approve Resolution 00-015, a Resolution Relating to Amendment to Tax
24 Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 3 - Ramsey County;
25 Approving Amendment to Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District
26 No. 3- Ramsey County.
27 Motion carried unanimously.
28 B. Discussion Re ag rdina a Public Hearing on the Purchase of Custom Liquidators.
29 Motion by Sparks to provide for a Public Hearing on January 23, 2000 to consider the purchase
30 of Custom Liquidators.
