HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 12, 1999
CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 7:48 P.M.
ROLL CALL.
Commissioners present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen.
Commissioners absent: None.
Also present: City Manager Mike Morrison.
APPROVAL OF JANUARY 12, 1999 HRA AGENDA.
Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the January 12, 1999 HRA Meeting Agenda as
presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 7,1998 HRA MINUTES.
Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the December 7, 1998 HRA Minutes as presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
V. CLAIMS.
A. Debt Service Payments:
1. Firstar in the amount of:
a. $65,540.00 for debt service with regard to Apache Plaza.
b. $31,987.50 for debt service with regard to Walbon.
C. $197,896.25 for debt service with regard to the Community Center.
B. Payments to Developers:
1. Raymond A. Hellickson in the amount of $11,769.75 for redevelopment of the
property located at 3901 Silver Lake Road under the terms of the redevelopment
agreement.
2. Norwest Investment Services in the amount of $66,695.58 for development of the
Evergreen Townhomes under the terms of the development agreement.
C. Comprehensive Plan:
1. BRW in the amount of $651.99 for professional services rendered with regard to
City planning.
Motion carried unanimously.
VI. OTHER BUSINESS.
Motion by Marks, second by Tbuesen to confirm the appointment of Commissioner Faust as
Vice -Chair of the St. Anthony Housing and Redevelopment Authority.
