HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 23, 1999
I. CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting was called to order at 7:48 P.M.
II. ROLL CALL.
Commissioners present

Ranallo, Marks, Faust, and Thuesen.
Cavanaugh.
City Manager Mike Morrison.
III. APPROVAL OF FEBRUARY 23,1999 HRA AGENDA.
Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the February 23, 1999 HRA Meeting Agenda as
presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
IV. APPROVAL OF JANUARY 12, 1999 HRA MINUTES.
Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen to approve the January 12, 1999 HRA Minutes as
presented.
Motion carried unanimously.
V. CLAIMS.
Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims:
A. Administrative/Salary Transfer in the amount of $29,259.99.
B. Bonds/Agent Fees:
1. Firstar in the amount of:
a. $191.00 for bond administration fees.
b. $181.00 for bond administration fees.
Motion carried unanimously.
VI. OTHER BUSINESS - None.
VII. ADJOURNMENT.
Motion by Faust, second by Marks to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 P.M.
Motion carried unanimously.
