4 I. CALL TO ORDER.
5 The meeting was called to order at 8:25 P.M.
6 II. ROLL CALL.
7 Commissioners present: Ranallo, Marks, Faust, Cavanaugh, and Thuesen.
8 Commissioners absent: None.
9 Also present: City Manager Mike Morrison.
10 III. APPROVAL OF JULY 13, 1999 HRA AGENDA.
11 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the July 13, 1999 HRA Meeting Agenda as
12 presented.

14 Motion carried unanimously.
15 IV. APPROVAL OF MAY 25, 1999 HRA MINUTES.
16 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the May 25, 1999 HRA Minutes as presented.
0 Motion carried unanimously.

19 V. CLAIMS.
20 Motion by Marks, second by Faust to approve the following claims:
21 A. Legal Services:
22 1. Dorsey & Whitney in the amount of:
23 a. $335.00 for general HRA legal services rendered through April 30, 1999.
24 b. $132.50 for general HRA legal services rendered through May 31, 1999.
25 B. Tax Increment Bond Payments:
26 1. Firstar in the amount of:
27 a. $1,417.50 for debt service with regard to the GO tax increment ref bonds
28 dates 1/1/94.
29 b. $49,887.50 for debt service with regard to GO tax increment bonds dated
30 12/1/95.
31 C. $65,540.00 for debt service with regard to GO tax increment bond dated
32 7/1/96.
33 C. St. Anthony Shopping Center:
34 1. RLK Kuusisto Ltd. in the amount of $276.25 for professional planning services
35 rendered during April 1999.
