CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE
I, Hal Gray, do solemnly swear that I will support the Constitution of the United
States, the Constitution of the State of Minnesota, and I will faithfully, justly, and
impartially discharge the duties of the position of Councilmember of the City of
Saint Anthony Village, Minnesota, to the best of my judgment and ability.
