a. RESOLUTION.-75-047"`A; RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE 1975 BUDGET
3 : This resolution authorizes the appropriation of receipts- for C.E.T.A.
:..r; employees from the counties to the proper expenditure accounts.
ACTION: Recommend approval .
b. RESOLUTION 75-048 A RESOLUTION. MODIFYING THE 1975 BUDGET. This
resolution authorizes-the redistribution of budget appropriations
from accounts which have surpluses to accounts which have deficits.
ACTION: Recommend approval .

FOR THE CALENDAR'YEAR 1976

r ACTION: Recommend Sun Newspaper., unless the Council wants to express
their dissatisfaction with the Sun 'by giving the business to the Star
& Tribune, which is considerably more expensive, however.

a. Designation of smoking/non-smoking areas in the Council Chambers
ACTION: Council
b. Designation of bus stops on Silver Lake Road southbound between
Silver Lane and 37th Avenue N.E. There presently are benches at 39th
Avenue N.E. , 40th Avenue N.E. and 37th Avenue N. E. and MTC sign
designations at 37th Avenue N.E. approximately 38th Avenue N.E. (next
to Wards Auto Center) and 100' south of Silver Lane. The M:T.C. route
supervisor would like sign designations at 39th Avenue N.E. and formal
approval for the sign 100' south of Silver Lane. (The previous stop was
next to the Cottle residence and with the right of way acquisition, a bus
stop there would probably be too close) .
9. Communications & Petitions
a. Letters from Mr. Rymarchick and Mr. Cowan regarding their desire to
be reappointed to the Planning Board.
