a. Ordinance 1976-005. AN ORDINANCE REZONING PLAT
63507, PARCEL 7620 (Approximately 2633 Kenzie Terrace)
TO COMMERCIAL. This ordinance will amend the zoning
ordinance .by placing this parcel entirely within the
"Commercial" district.

a. Berger Transfer. The company is requesting that the
east side of Macalaster Drive from the railroad tracks
to 100 feet south of the west entrance to Diamond 8
apartments be posted for no parking.
b. CNA Insurance. This is a premium quote for the part-
paid firemen's medical, dismemberment and accidental
death insurance coverage. We hope to have a quote
from another carrier by the meeting.
c. Minnesota Department of Health. St. Anthony received
a very high rating on the quality of our water, pumping
and treatment facilities and manpower.
