a. Parking Lot Ordinance. As we discussed at the last meeting this
ordinance probably should be added to the zoning ordinance as an
amendment.

a. Representatives of Fosston Townhouses re: Improvement of County
• Road D and Walkway construction between Foss Road and Highcrest. The
above group has requested that they be allowed to appear to oppose
the walkway in their area .

b. Discussion of budget hearing dates . I would suggest that we
set the dates of August 31 , September 7 & 21st and if we don ' t .need
all of that time we can cancel later.

9 . Communications & Petitions
a. George M. Hansen Company. Estimate of audit cost. The price
quoted by Mr . Murphy is reasonable and we have had good service from
the George M. Hansen Company in the past.
ACTION : Recommend we approve George M. Hansen Company for 1976 .
