sewer ordinance . The Supt. has encountered occasional problems
concerning responsibility for the sewer line between the house
and the main and would like the responsibilities spelled out
• in the ordinance.

minors .
C. Parking lot ordinance. The ordinance contains the revisions
suggested at the last Council meeting.

a. Discussion of request to install a fence on the holding pond
property.

a. St. Charles Borromeo Church request for wine and beer license
for their Steak Fry.
b. Discussion of giving stolen music tapes to Veteran ' s Hospital .
C. Girl Scout Troop No. 1586 presentation of "Yesterday and
Today" , a .collection of recipes and a civic history, to the City
Council .
d. Dick Klick, Chairman of Wrangler Day ' s , intends to be present
to request the proper licenses and to brief the Council on the
celebration.

a. Request from the Police Department for posting no-parking
along part- of St. Anthony Boulevard south of Highway 8 .
b. Letter from NCR regarding mechanical vs . electronic data

processing. City staff is presently doing initial investigation
of the feasibility cost and benefits of alternative systems
including LOGIS , the metro area government information system.
c. Metropolitan Council regarding meeting to discuss the
Metropolitan Planning Act.
d. Letter from Dorsey law firm regarding new state laws
regulating bingo games .
