I question the proposed appropriation for housing rehabilitation.
Past efforts were marginally successful. Our housing stock is
very good and incomes are high.

A. Ordinance 1979-008 - An Ordinance Establishing a Board of Health,
An Advisory Committee to the Board of Health, and Providing for
the Enforcement of Health Laws, Ordinances and Orders; Amending
Chapter II of the 1973 Code of Ordinances by Adding Section 255
Thereto. Recommendations on members to serve enclosed.
ACTION: Recommend approval of second reading
B. Ordinance 1979-009 - An Ordinance Relating to Commercial -Parking
Lots and Sit-Down Restaurants, Amending Section 2 , Subdivision
2, and Section 12 , Subdivision 9 , of the St. Anthony Zoning
Ordinance.
ACTION: Recommend approval of second reading
C. Ordinance 1980-001 - An Ordinance Relating to Fire Prevention;
Adopting the Fire Prevention Code by Reference; Amending the
St. Anthony Ordinance Code by Adding New Sections; Repealing
St. Anthony Ordinance Code Sections 320, 321, 340, and 420 ,
• Inclusive. I will be meeting soon with the State Fire Marshal
to review.

G. Resolution 80-003 - A Resolution Approving the Signature of the

Against Deposits of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota.

H. Resolution 80-004 - A Resolution Authorizing Engineering Help
From Minnesota Department of Transportation.

A. Letter from P.C.A. re: noise survey. In the scope of
staff workload, I feel this should be a lower priority.
The police could enforce existing land vehicle laws.
