A. Ordinance 1979-008 - An Ordinance Establishing a Board of
Health, An Advisory Committee to the Board of Health and
Providing for the Enforcement of F'ealth Laws, Ordinances
and Orders; Amending Chapter II of the 1973 Code of Ordi-
nances by Adding Section 255 Thereto. Two more advisory
committee appointees are necessary.

B. Ordinance 1979-009 - An Ordinance Relating to Commercial
Parking Lots and Sit-Down Restaurants, Amending Section !
2 ,- Subdivision 2 and Section 12, Subdivision 9 of the St. 1
Anthony Zoning Ordinance. {�

C. Resolution .80-011 - A Resolution Authorizing the Mayor
and City Manager to ,Execute the Lease with Phil LaMere
for Office Space. .The total rent .increase is about nine
percent and I have told Mr. LaMere and stated .in the
lease (Article 19) that the cost will increase signifi-
cantly should another lease. be signed.

have discussed this and will try to implement some of the
ideas. We are looking at the need fora better design,
but I see this as a lower sewer priority as it doesn't
affect many properties.
