A. Senior Housing Project - Kenzie Terrace. The Northeast
Senior Federation .is to have a proposal .for a mix of
Section 202 and cooperatively-owned housing. I requested
a--letter from H.U.D. as to the legality of such a proposal.
The application deadline is March 31. The bonds for tax
increment financing may be unsalable now as there is a 70
interest ceiling on municipal bonds (see L.M.C. "Action Alert") . f

A. Community Development. Proposals from three consultants
have been received. I have not had a -chance to review
them. I suggest the Council review -them and schedule in-
terviews with the principles. Not all of you may have
the B-R-W, Inc. proposal as we received three copies. More ,
are on the way. j
