ACTION:. I- see. no choice but. to deem the property non-conform-
ing but permissible.

ACTION: Recommend per memo.

ACTION Recommend acceptance of proposal.

9. New Business.
a. Judges list for primary election - September 9, 1980 .
ACTION: Recommend approval.
b. Refuse hauling and load limits. Mr.. Christen has complained
to the City about .the Highway Patrol allegedly giving out
tickets to garbage haulers. for being overweight and it may
affect. city resident' s rates.
ACTION: I don't feel this concerns us and have my own concerns
about the wear on our streets. of about .six haulers,
plus the aesthetics of garbage cans out almost every
day of the week.
C. Railroad signal - Stinson Boulevard.
ACTION': Recommend authorizing. the City. Attorney to prepare a
joint powers agreement. We probably could use M.S.A.
funds.

a. St. Charles Borromeo. - request for temporary beer license.
ACTION: Recommend approval.
b. Beer permit - Jim Strassberg.
• ACTION-: Recommend approval. A policy resolution will be forth-
coming soon.
