ACTION: Recommend adoption of the assessment roll (Resolution
80-059 - A RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
• STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT NO. 1979-001) with 8% interest
over ten years.

ACTION: Recommend per memo.

a. Non-Organized Personnel Compensation Program. See memo.
ACTION: Recommend review of modifications per memos .

ACTION: Recommend per L. Hamer ' s analysis with funding from
the Council 's contingency.

ACTION: Recommend accepting all three.

a. Kiwanis_.'Peanut sale request for September.- 26th - Glenn Martin.
ACTION: Recommend approval to' solicit.
b. L.M.C. survey re: State-Aid. I would rather defer the
November 'payment as-.we don't have a . cash .flow problem and I
have projected all the aid reduction .coming in. 1981 in the
proposed 1981 budget.
ACTION: Recommend the deferral.
C. Robert Calvert - Beer permit in Central Park. -We are ,checking
on conformance to the Council policy regarding liquor in the
parks.
ACTION: Recommend' approval subject to staff determination of
conformance.
• d. Short-Elliott-Hendrickson, Inc. re: Sewer diversion into
Minneapolis. Informational.
e. L.M.C./Staff regarding severance payments.
ACTION: Recommend City: Attorney be requested to review the law
and administrative. requirements. I think we could
establish .a separate fund using Liquor and General Fund
reserves, as. applicable, . to make up the actuarial
deficit and-budget yearly for it in the future.
f. M &. M Development Corporation request.
ACTION: Recommend per memos.
