b. Resolution 80-067 - APPROPRIATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE-AID FUNDS
TO C.S .A.H. 94 PROJECT.

• a. Section 8 Housing. Update informational.
b. North Suburban Cable Commission Update - informational.
C. Kenzie Terrace Study.
ACTION: Review and approve Committee composition.
d. Park View lease components.
ACTION: Recommend accepting 10/.5/80 ISD 282 proposal in concept
and requesting that anew lease be drafted, to be
subject to- Council approval.
9 . New Business.
a. Roadgrader. As stated, we found a relatively inexpensive
one. and recommend Council approval.
ACTION.: Recommend approval.
b. Bell Lane and Armour Terrace Street Light.
ACTION: I am concerned about the precedent of special services .
We turned down a. request for decorative lights, I
recommend if the property owners pay .any installation
cost not paid by NSP, we will pay the continuing operating
and maintenance costs.
10 . Communications/Petitions.
a. The Automobile Club- of- Minneapolis - Presentation of Ped-
estrian Safety Citation .Plaque.
b. . Hennepin County Attorney - Commendation of Fire Captain John
Slanga - informational.
C. Judges List for General Election.
ACTION: Recommend approval.
d.. Study of the Reserve Fire Fighter Deferred Compensation Plan.
ACTION: Per memo.
e. North Suburban Developmental Achievement Center, Inc.
ACTION: Recommend approval of 1980 level of support , in 1981..
f. League of Minnesota .Cities - new building. Informational.
Note they want to use the 1970 census for cost allocation.
g. Legion Post 513 request for permits and licenses for fund
raiser. Due to the lateness of the request, staff has not
• analyzed the need for permits or licenses. A recommendation
will follow.
