ACTION: Recommend review and adoption.

REGULATION OF MASSAGE PARLORS , PHYSICAL
CULTURE AND HEALTH SERVICES AND CLUBS ,
MASSEURS AND MASSEUSES; AMENDING CHAPTER
IV OF THE 1973 CODE OF ST. ANTHONY
ORDINANCES BY ADDING A SECTION 450. A
fee change may be desirable - staff con-
tacted three cities re: fees.
ACTION: Recommend review and adoption.
c. Resolution 81-016 - A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREMENT
BETWEEN ST. ANTHONY AND STATE FOR FEDERAL-
AID HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS.
ACTION: Recommend approval.

d. Resolution 8170.17 - ,A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND
CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT WITH
COORDINATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS , INC.
FOR. DATA'PROCESSING .SERVICES . Westwood
Planning- and Engineering will pay for this
service under our agreement.
ACTION: . Recommend approval, subject to City Attorney 's review.

a. Remodeling "machine room" into Council Chambers.

a. Letter. and Ordinance. from..Minneapolis City Council pertaining
to- licenses and business regulations of precious metal
dealers. Enforcement time- is a consideration.. We have one
coin dealer in Apache Plaza.

an ordinance is drafted.
