SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
October 16 , 1980
7 :15 A.M.
Meeting. was called to order at 7 :20 A.M. by Mayor. Pro Tem Sundland
to discuss the quotation submitted by Valley Equipment, dated
September 24 , 1980 , for a roadgrader.
Present for roll call: Sundland, Marks, Ranallo, Letourneau, L. Hamer.
Absent: Haik'.
Motion by Councilman Sundland and seconded by Councilman Letourneau
to accept the quotation from Valley Equipment, dated September .24 ,
1980, for the total amount of $7 ,500. 00 for a 1966 Huber Model
110 Motor grader. Trade in allowance for a Caterpiller Model 12
owned by the City of St. Anthony, of $5,000.00 with a total cash
expenditure of $2 ,500.00.
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Councilman Ranallo and :seconded by Councilman Marks to
adjourn the meeting at 7:26 A.M.
Motion carried unanimously.
