COUNCIL MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
November 3 , 1981
The meeting was -ca lled to order at 9 :.05 P.M. by Mayor Haik.
Present: Haik, Letourneau, Ranallo, Sundland and Marks.
Absent: None.
Also present : . David Childs, City Manager and Carol Johnson,
Clerk/Treasurer.
The Mayor read the electionreturns , which were :

The total voting was 2 ,136 (.36 . 680 of the registered voters) .
Motion by Councilman Marks and seconded by Councilman Letourneau to
approve and certify to the Counties the City Election results .
Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Councilman Ranallo and seconded by Councilman Marks to
adjourn the meeting at 9 : 15 P.M.
