BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES
April 29, 1986
Continuation of the Annual Board of Review was cal.led .to order at 7:00 PX ,
Tuesday, .April 29, 1986, in the Counci-1 Chambers -in the St. Anthony Village
Community Center by Mayor Sundland.
Present for roll call : Sundland,_ Makowske, Marks, and Ranallo.
Absent: Enrooth.
Also present: 'David Childs, City Manager; and Robert Hanscom, Hennepin County
Assessor.
1 . Motion by Councilmember Marks and seconded by' Councilmember- Ranallo to change
• 3.212 Croft Drive N.E. from. non-homestead to homestead because of a paperwork
oversight when ownership was transferred in January. Motion carried unanimously.
2. Motion by Councilmember Marks and seconded by Councilmember Makowske not to
change the 'valu'ation of Naomi Bakke, 2616 - 31st Avenue N.E: , based on her
decision not to request reevaluation by the County Assessor. Motion carried
unanimously.
Motion by Councilmember Marks and seconded by Councilmember Makowske to adjourn the
meeting at 7:10 P.M.
Motion carried unanimously.
