8 The Continued Board of Review was called to order by Mayor Ranallo
9 at 7 : 05 p.m.

18 Also present was Glenn Busitzky, Hennepin County Principal
19 Appraiser .

21 2 . APPROVAL OF APRIL 14 , 1992 BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES

23 Motion by Marks , second by Wagner to approve the minutes of
24 the April 14 , 1992 Board of Review as presented and there were
25 no corrections .

30 3 . CONTINUATION PROCEEDINGS

32 The Mayor reviewed the findings and recommendations made by
33 Busitzky regarding those properties whose valuations were
34 questioned at the April 14th Board of Review.

36 The following is a summary of the recommendations/actions
37 presented by the Hennepin County Appraiser:

6 Motion by Marks , second by Fleming to change the valuation of
7 the home at 2520 Pahl Avenue as recommended by the Hennepin
8 County Appraiser ' s Office and to approve all of the other
9 recommendations made by the Appraiser.

11 It was noted that all of the property owners who appeared at
12 the April 14 , 1992 Board of Review are eligible to appeal
13 their Estimated Market Values before the Hennepin County Board
14 of Equalization which convenes on June 15 , 1992 . Appointments
15 to appear before the Board of Equalization must be made by
16 June 8 , 1992 .

18 All property owners were also advised of the recommendations
19 being made by the Hennepin County Appraiser at this Continued
20 Board of Review.

25 Review at 7 : 21 p.m.
