0 3 . APPROVAL OF APRIL 13 , 1993 BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES

29 Motion by Enrooth, second by Ranallo to approve the minutes of
30 the April 13 , 1993 Board of Review as presented .

36 4 . RESULTS OF PROPERTY REVIEWALS

39 Dr . Charles Kirk, 3612 Penrod Lane

41 Mr . Positzky contacted Dr . Kirk regarding his question on the
42 increased value of his home which appeared to be based on a
43 porch he added to his home in 1990 . After the discussion Dr .
44 Kirk was satisfied as he stated to Mr . Positzky .

47 Neal Johnson , 2500 West Armor Terrace

49 Mr . Positzky stated that another appraiser viewed Mr .
50 Johnson ' s property . No change in the value was recommended .

6 Mr . Johnson was advised he had the option to appear at the
7 Hennepin County Board of Equalization . The meetings of this
8 board commence on June 14th and are held for two weeks .

10 The deadline to make an appointment to appear before the Board
11 of Equalization is Monday, June 1st . Mr . Johnson has received
12 a letter giving him all of the information regarding this
13 matter .

15 Charlotte Olson , 3412 Skycroft Drive -

17 Mrs . Olson contacted the Hennepin County Appraiser ' s office
1.8 stating she did not desire a reviewal of her property by
1.9 another appraiser .

21 She was recognized as having appeared at the Board of Review
22 on April 13th and intends to make an appointment to appear
23 before the Board of Equalization .

25 Motion by Enrooth , second by Marks to approve the Appraiser ' s
4# report and the Council ' s concurrence with the report .

29 Motion carried unanimously

31 5 . ADJOURNMENT

33 Motion by Marks , second by Enrooth to adjourn the Continued
34 Board of Review at 6 : 50 p.m.
