4 I. CALL TO ORDER THE BOARD OF REVIEW MEETING -FROM APRIL 11, 1995
5 MEETING.
6 The Board of Review meeting was reconvened at 6:35 P.M. by Mayor Ranallo.
7 II. ROLL CALL.
8 Councilmembers Present: Ranallo, Marks, and Wagner.
9 Councilmembers Absent: Enrooth and Fleming.
10 Also Present: Michael Morrison,City Manager and Larry Miller, Hennepin County Principal
11 Appraiser.

13 III. APPROVAL OF APRIL 11, 1995 BOARD OF REVIEW MINUTES.
14 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to approve the April 11, 1995 Board of Review minutes as
15 presented.
16 Motion carried unanimously.

18 IV. CONTINUATION OF BOARD OF REVIEW.
Mayor Ranallo explained the Board of Review meeting was reconvened to hear the results of the
4t Hennepin County Appraiser's reassessments of the requested homes.
21 Hennepin County Assessor Larry Miller, reported the following homes had been reappraised and
22 the results were as follows:

13 reassessment by mail.
R4 Motion by Marks, second by Wagner to accept and approve all recommendations of the
5 Hennepin County Assessor's Office on the residents appeals made at the April 11, 1995 Board of
16 Review meeting.
17 Motion carried unanimously.
18 Councilmember Enrooth arrived at 6:44 P.M.
19 V. ADJOURNMENT.
20 Motion by Marks, second by Enrooth to adjourn the meeting at 6:46 P.M.
