4 DECEMBER 16, 1999
5 I. CALL TO ORDER/PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.
6 The meeting was called to order at 6:08 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by guests
7 in attendance, Joe Stark, Marty Stark, and Andrew Selseth.
8 Mayor Ranallo clarified for the audience that there were three meetings scheduled for December
9 16, 1999: Truth-in-Taxation, City Council, and Housing and Redevelopment Authority
10 (H.R.A.).
11 II. ROLL CALL.
12 Councilmembers present: Mayor Ranallo, Cavanaugh, Marks, Faust and Thuesen
13 Councilmembers absent: None
14 Also present: Michael Momson, City Manager; William R. Soth, City Attorney.
15 III. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 30, 1999 TRUTH IN TAXATION PUBLIC HEARING
16 MINUTES.
17 Motion by Marks, second by Faust, to approve the November 30, 1999 Truth in Taxation Public
�8 Hearing Minutes as presented. .
19 Motion carried unanimously.

21 IV. RESOLUTION 99-072, RE: ADOPTION OF 2000 TAX LEVY AND 2000 CITY
22 BUDGET.
23 Motion by Marks, second by Thuesen, to approve Resolution 99-072, re: Adoption of 2000 Tax
24 Levy and 2000 City Budget as follows:
25 1) The 2000 property tax levy is:
26 Property Tax Levy $1,996,178
27 Less: H.A.C.A. ( 339,208)
28 Total General Fund Levy $1,646,970
29 Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy $ 20,000
30 Less: H.A.C.A. ( 4,5971
31 Total Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy: $ 15,403
32 Special Assessment/road Improvements $ 238,142
