RESOLUTION DESIGNATING LEGAL
NEWSPAPER FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,
Minnesota that the Sun Newspaper, a legal newspaper of general
circulation in the City, be hereby designated as the official new-
spaper of the City in which shall be published such measures and
matters as are by laws of this State and City Code required to be
published, and such other matters as the Council may deem advisable,
and in the public interest to have published.

NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASSESSMENTS
FOR SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
NO. 1975-001
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the
City of St. Anthony, Minnesota, will meet in the Council Chambers
of the Civic Center on Tuesday, August 24, 1976, at 8 :00 o'clock
P.M. , to hear, consider and pass upon all written or oral objections , i
if any, to proposed assessments in respect to Sidewalk Improvement
Project No. 1975-001. The proposed assessment roll is now on file
and open to public inspection by all persons interested, in the
office of the City Clerk.
The general nature of Sidewalk Improvement Project No.
1975-001 is concrete sidewalks along the west side of Silver Lake
Road from 37th Avenue N.E. to Silver Lane. The area proposed to
be assessed is all tracts and parcels of land abutting the
improvement.

Written or oral objections to the proposed assessment
will be heard at said time and place.
Property owners may appeal an assessment to district
court pursuant to Section 429 .081, Minnesota Statutes.
