RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15,1976
AS CUT OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS
FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered
its construction program and,
WHEREAS the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit
on the requests for public improvements .so as to insure adequate time to comply
with the improvement procedures as establ-i:shed in the Minnesota State Statutes.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council -of the City of
St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15th as the fi.nai day for accepting
Petitions for public improvements to be included in the 1976 construction
Program.
