RESOLUTION NO. 76-004
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING
HELP FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF
HIGHWAYS
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to statutory authority, the St.
Anthony City Engineer for and on behalf of the City of St. Anthony is
hereby authorized upon approval of the City Manager to request and obtain
from the Minnesota Department of Highways ; needed engineering and technical
services during the year 1976; for which payment will be made by the
City of St. Anthony upon receipt of verified claims from the Commissioner
of Highways.
