RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony , Minnesota, as follows:
William Sauer is _hereby
designated as a director of the Suburban Rate Authority,
and Jerry Dulgar is hereby desig-
nated to serve as alternate director of the Suburban
Rate Authority for the year 1976 and until their
successors are appointed.
