A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED b the Cit Council of the Cit of

St. Anthony, Minnesota, as follows:
1. It is hereby found and determined that notice
of hearing on a street improvement in the city was
duly mailed on June 4 , 1976 and published in the
St. Anthony Sun, the official newspaper of the City,
on June 2nd, and June 9th, 1976, as required by
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 , and as ordered
by the City Council on May 25, 1976 .
2. A public hearing having been held on this date
and opportunity having been given at such hearing
to all persons to make known their views on said
improvement, and this Council being fully advised
of the pertinent facts, does hereby order the
construction of said improvement, described as:
concrete curb and gutter, catch basins, bituminous
paving and necessary appurtenant work.
3 . Said improvement is hereby designated and shall
hereafter be referred to as "Street Improvement
No. 1976-1" .
Adopted by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony
this 17th day of June, 1976 .
