RESOLUTION NO. 76-024
A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR
STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1976-1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has
caused the City Engineer to take estimates with respect to
Street Improvement Project 1976-1, more specifically described in
the plans and specifications for said project, and
WHEREAS, bids were opened with respect to said improvement
project on June 17, 1976 , at 12 : 00 o' clock noon
AND WHEREAS , the low bidder is Dunkley Surfacing, 3737 East
River Road, Minneapolis , MN. 55421, with a bid of $272 , 912 . 50 .
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of St. Anthony, Minnesota, as follows :
1. The bid of Dunkley Surfacing for Street Improvement 1976-1,
is hereby accepted, and the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony hereby awards said contract to Dunkley Surfacing in
the aforementioned amount with respect to said improvement project,
and the Mayor and the City Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
St. Anthony.
2. The City Manager is further directed to return the bid
deposits of the unsuccessful bidders to said companies .
Adopted by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony this 17th
day of June, 1976.

A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR AN ASSESSMENT
HEARING ON SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1975-001
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony, Minnesota as follows :
1. The assessment roll heretofore duly prepared for
Sidewalk Improvement Project No. 1975-001, and now on file in
the office of the City Clerk, is hereby approved as the proposed f
assessments for said improvement, and this Council shall meet
in the Council Chambers of the Civic Center, on Tuesday, the
24th day of August, 1976 , at 8 :00 o'clock P.M. , for the purpose
of passing upon said assessments and hearing all objections thereto.
2 . The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
cause notice of said meeting to be published in the St. Anthony Sun,
the official newspaper of this municipality, and to be mailed to the
owner of each parcel of land described in said assessment roll,
at least two weeks before the date of said meeting.
