A RESOLUTION CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING
ON STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 1976-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St.
Anthony, Minnesota, as follows :
1. It is hereby found and determined that the City
Engineer has reported to this Council that a local improvement
as hereinafter described is feasible and may best be made as
proposed, and that the estimated cost of said improvement
to the City is $ 2,040 .00 .
2 . Said improvement consists of the following :
Paving, curb and gutter of Stinson Boulevard
from Silver Lane to the Columbia Heights city
limits.
3 . The area proposed to be assessed for said project
are all parcels of land in the City which abut Stinson Boulevard
from Silver Lane to the Columbia Heights city limits.
4 . This Council shall meet at the City Hall on Tuesday,
the 24th day of August, 1976 , at 8 : 30 P.M. for the purpose
of holding a public hearing on the proposed construction of
said improvement. Both written and oral statements with
respect to the project will be heard.
5. The Clerk is authorized and directed to cause notice
of the time, place and purpose of said meeting to be published
for two successive weeks in the Sun Newspaper, being the official
newspaper of the city, the first of such publications to be not
less than 10 days and the second, not less than 3 days prior to
the date of said meeting, and to be mailed to the owners of
property in the area proposed to be assessed not less than 10
days prior to the date of said meeting.
