RESOLUTION NO. 76-039
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony,
Minnesota as follows :
1. It is hereby found and. determined that notice of hearing on
a street improvement in the city was duly mailed on July 30 , 1976
and published on August 11 and August 18 , 1976 as required by
Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and as ordered by the City Council
on July 27, 1976 .
2. A public hearing having been duly held on this date and oppor-
tunity having been given at such hearing to all persons to make
known their views on said improvement, and this Council being fully
advised of the pertinent facts , does hereby order the construction
of said improvement, described as : concrete curb and gutter, catch
basins, bituminous paving and necessary appurtenant work.
3. Said is hereby designated and shall hereafter be referred to as
"Street Improvement Project No. 1976-2" .
Adopted this 14th day of September, 1976 .
