RESOLUTION APPROVING 1977 BUDGET
WHEREAS , the City Council has duly considered the financial
needs of the City of St. Anthony for the fiscal year 1976 , and
WHEREAS , the estimates of expenditures for the operation of
the various departments appears to be reasonable , and
WHEREAS , the levy of 443 , 465 . 00 upon taxable property for Gen-
eral Fund purposes is hereby approved, and
WHEREAS , the levy of 10 , 910 . 00 upon taxable property for payment
of certificates of indebtedness (bonded indebtedness) pursuant to
Resolution 74-029 (as attached) is hereby approved; and
WHEREAS , funds have been provided for City share of P .E.R.A. and
WHEREAS , funds have been provided for interest and principal on
outstanding bonds as follows :

• and it is further directed that bond issue 7/l/63 , $815 ,000 . 00 1976
payment due of $15 , 000 . 00 be levied on all taxable property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $443 , 465 . 00 be certified
to the County Auditor of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties , and the same be
notified that funds in the amount of $31, 175 . 00 have been provided for
interest and principal payments for outstanding bonds as indicated
above.
