A RESOLUTION ELIMINATING THE FUND DEFICIT IN
FUND #14 BY DECREASING THE GENERAL FUND RESERVE
Whereas, School District No. 282 took over the operation of
the Community Services Department, including financial.-responsibility
for its operation,
Whereas, when said transfer of responsibilities was made there
was a fund deficit -in Fund #14 of $6 , 453 .11,
Whereas, the City and the School District have agreed to a
mutually acceptable division of responsibility for said deficit,
Now, Therefore Be It Resolved that a reduction in the General
Fund No Reserve Balance be made in .the sum .of $6 ,453 .11 and trans
ferred to Fund #14 to eliminate the deficit contained therein.
