RESOLUTION 80-002
• A RESOLUTION. ESTABLISHING MARCH 15 , 1980 AS CUT-OFF -
DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered
its construction program, and
WHEREAS, the Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit on
the requests for public improvements so as to insure adequate time '
to comply with the improvement- .procedures as established in the
Minnesota State Statutes.
NOW, _THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the- City of
St. Anthony hereby establishes March 15 as the final day for accepting
petitions for public improvements 'to be included in the 1980 construc-
tion program.
