RESOLUTION 80-004
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ENGINEERING HELP
FROM MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to. statutory authority, the St. Anthony
City Engineer, for and on behalf of the City of St. Anthony, is hereby
authorized, upon approval of the City Manager, to request. and obtain
from the Minnesota Department of Transportation needed engineering
and technical services during the year 1980, for which payment will
be made by the City of St. Anthony upon receipt of verified claims
from the Commissioner of Transportation.
Furthermore, that a copy of this resolution be sent to the City
Engineer and the- Department of Transportation. °
- Adopted this day of 1980. -
